Today it seemed I was in the zone. You know the type of days when all of your work out is great! I spent 30 minutes jumping rope, 30 minutes of weight training and 50 minutes on the elliptical. I haven't felt this good after a workout in months. Tomorrow's goal is to run 4 miles. Hope to see that come true.
For someone living with an unpredictable disease, each day and accomplishment is cherished. Walk thru live knowing that you don't always get a second chance!

Very inspiring! I was diagnosed with MS in October 2011 while training for a 1/2 Marathon. A year later I completed the same 1/2 Marathon. I am now turning 40 this year and would like to challenge myself to triathlons which incidentally are on my bucket list. My diagnosis of MS is pushing me more than ever to not procrastinate and go for my personal goals while I still can. Thanks for making me realize that this is within my realm of possibilities.
